  • Currently pursuing a double Masters Degree in Integrated Science and Functional Medicine one concentration in Clinical Nutrition and another in Alzheimers, Dementia and Memory Care with John Patrick University. 

  • Currently working toward completion of a Diplomate status with over 300-hours post-graduate training with the International Board of Chiropractic Neurology.

  • Graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida

  • Clinical Excellence Award, James Buerckle Award and Virgil Strand Philosophy Award Nominee 

  • Graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Aguadilla Campus with a major in Biology with a concentration in Biomedicine and a double minor in History and Humanities Studies. 

  • Uses Blair and Grostic Upper Cervical technique 

  • Focuses in brain/body connection and extremities 

  • Currently writing article case studies for TMJ disorders. 

  • Certified in RockTape, RockFloss (Blood Flow Restriction Therapy), RockBlades (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) and RockPods (CuppingTherapy)

    • Originally from Puerto Rico. 

    • Previously a dancer, singer, and actress. Loves to play the ukulele and the flute.

    • She enjoys the beach, kayaking, hiking, traveling, obstacle races, and recently picked up beach volleyball.

    • Breast cancer survivor and thriver, which gives her the drive to enjoy the little things in life.

    • Part of the Pink Lady Dragon Boating Team of Tampa Bay (BCS League).

    • Believes that her ancestors were mermaids and is always looking for hidden local food gems.

    • Is a Certified Athletic Trainer (sports medicine)

    • Currently working toward completion of a Diplomate status with over 300-hours post-graduate training with the International Board of Chiropractic Neurology.

    • Graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida

    • Clinical Excellence Award nominee, served as a clinical teaching assistant and treated athletes as an intern at Bethune-Cookman College in Daytona Beach and was the vice-president and social media director of the Active Rehabilitation club. 

    • Graduated from the University of Tampa with an undergraduate in Athletic Training and a minor in Exercise Sciences. She worked closely with the baseball team during her junior year and with the football team of Clearwater Central Catholic high school during her senior year.

    • Uses functional rehab, manual therapies, and pays close attention to mobility as part of her key ingredients.

    • Focuses in brain/body connection and extremities 

    • Certified in RockTape, RockFloss (Blood Flow Restriction Therapy), RockBlades (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) and RockPods (CuppingTherapy)

    • Has a 6 year experience as a Massage therapist.

    • Helps patients disorders such as: hip pain, ankle sprains, shoulder and knee injuries, disc herniation, migraines, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, post concussion syndrome, post surgical rehab, spinal stenosis, vertigo, dizziness, sciatica, spondylolisthesis, tennis/golfers elbow, and much more
