Blair/Toggle recoil
Toggle Recoil is the foundation technique in chiropractic care; Dr. Blair decided to go further into understanding his patients’ anatomy by using 3d CT imaging to get to the root cause of the patient’s illness. Both techniques use a head drop piece, and the adjustment is rapid and gentle, with no twisting or cracking.

Grostic Procedures
Grostic procedures are very similar to Blair and toggle recoil, but they are more gentle. This one utilizes positioning the neck and the headpiece of the table at a specific angle to use physics to aid in the manipulation of the neck. There is no twisting or cracking with this adjustment as well.Â
